How much do you charge?

Our rates are very reasonable and competitive. They do vary depending on frequency of visits to your office.

How much do you charge just to do my BAS?

Again the rates are reasonable and competitive and vary based on the volume of work required.

Do you liaise with our accountant?

We would actually prefer to liaise with your accountant - the last thing we want is to be setting up or processing your accounts in a way that is not what your accountant wants. If you do know the answers to any questions we have regarding set up, great.

However we realise you are hiring us for a reason and therefore would take any steps necessary to make sure that the accounts are correct including any required discussions with the accountants.

What if I don't know where to start?

That's OK; this is a fairly common question that new customers ask us. There are receipts and bills everywhere but you do not know what to do with them. Fortunately, this is our business and once we get started you won't have to worry about a thing.

I have about two years of data entry to do that hasn't been touched and I have just received a letter from the ATO saying that I have to lodge tax returns and BAS's - what would be involved in doing this?

For large amounts of data entry, we have developed efficiencies designed to cost you less that still produce the result you want. Let's say you had 500 recurring supplier invoices and a few thousand bank statement transactions.

The cost would be significantly less than if someone came in on a regular basis during the period in question.

I have a construction firm and receive progress payments from my developers; my accountant wants to see the progress payments separated and the costs incurred by us at various stages of completion?

In reality, most accounting applications (e.g., construction, real estate, consignment) boil down to the same set of principles. If you need a very specific set up of your accounts system, we can do it.
